During the past three weeks Facebook is being attacked by a strange Virus which can steal your Facebook login credentials, install malware on your computer, and guess what?? Get your home address too!!
Here the story..The attack is spread via a “Hilarious Video” posted to Facebook walls, reports WebSense — and when you clicked, a form appears requesting your Facebook login, after that it will return you to Facebook, installs an application Named “Media HD” and request you to download the Player in order to install malware on your Computer…And that’s not all depending on your location It will ask you to enter your home address in order to enter a contest and win an iPad
Now Keep This In Mind…
If you find the “Hilarious Video” on your wall simple remove it “DO NOT CLICK” even that if you see it elsewhere do not click it.
If you already fall in the trap, change your password and uninstall the malware “Media Player ID”, also run a virus/malware scan on your computer.
As Rule Don’t enter your Facebook login anywhere other than Facebook.com.
